As a Cutting/Brushing Machine Operator, you will prepare and adjust machines, monitor the production process, and conduct quality checks throughout the production cycle. You will utilize technical drawings, work instructions, and production orders to ensure each product meets required specifications. Additionally, you will perform measurements using various precision measuring instruments and carry out basic machine maintenance as needed.

Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing, operating, and adjusting cutting and brushing machines based on technical drawings and production orders.
Executing and controlling initial products to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.
Performing precise measurements using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and feeler gauges.
Monitoring production processes and adjusting machines as required.
Conducting visual quality inspections and dimensional checks, digitally recording results.
Replacing machine parts and clamps and performing basic maintenance.
Cleaning, packing, and organizing finished products according to production standards.
Supporting and training new operators while maintaining a safe and organized workplace.
