Loyalty marketing internship As part of our goal to enhance relationships with installers across our markets, we are continuously evolving our B2B loyalty and engagement programs. We are seeking an enthusiastic intern with an interest in customer loyalty, marketing, customer engagement, and community building to support this journey. ## The Role As our Loyalty intern, you will join our Sales & Marketing Center of Excellence team and gain hands-on experience in an international environment by supporting the Global Loyalty Manager. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting in monitoring and optimizing existing installer loyalty programs. - Helping develop recommendations to enhance the installer experience and program value proposition. - Supporting the creation of a communication plan for onboarding and other engagement activities. - Aiding in the development of an internal marketing and communication plan to boost awareness and adoption of loyalty initiatives. - Creating presentations, communication materials, and stakeholder updates. - Driving engagement among internal teams across different markets. - Supporting community calls with various markets and sharing best practices. ## Requirements - Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field at a university in the Netherlands (WO or HBO-level). - Strong interest in marketing, customer loyalty, CRM, digital engagement, and community building. - Proactive, curious, and eager to learn. - Keen eye for detail, critical mindset, and organized approach. - Comfortable working in English in an international environment. ## Nice to Have - Experience with digital tools (SharePoint, Teams, etc.). ## What We Offer - A full-time internship (40 hours per week) for 4 to 6 months, ideally starting in September 2026. - Monthly internship allowance of €500-550 (based on 40 hours per week). - A company laptop to support your work. - Hybrid working model. - Hands-on experience in a global team. ## About the Company At BDR Thermea, we drive the energy transition every day.
