We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Loss Prevention Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be essential in protecting our assets and maintaining operational integrity. You will execute daily Loss Prevention processes, including investigations, reporting, system management, and administrative support. Your contributions will enhance our security measures, streamline financial processes, and ensure compliance, directly impacting our operational efficiency and financial health.

The Role

• Support daily execution of Loss Prevention processes, including investigations, reporting, systems, and administrative tasks.
• Research developments in security systems and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate vendor demonstrations and evaluate new products to enhance security infrastructure.
• Maintain accurate civil demand and restitution case files, collaborating with vendors effectively.
• Review and audit case files for restitution viability and recommend follow-up actions.
• Analyze operational and financial information, including invoicing and budget tracking.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders.
• Proficient in Excel for organizing and analyzing data.
• Understanding of financial processes, including invoicing and budget tracking.
• Analytical mindset to identify trends and discrepancies.
• Proactive learner able to adapt to new processes and systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills to investigate issues and recommend solutions.
