The Loss Prevention Analyst role is crucial for the daily execution of investigative, reporting, systems, communication, and administrative processes within Loss Prevention. You'll gain a comprehensive understanding of LP operations, provide essential support across key areas, and execute assigned special projects.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify emerging developments in security systems and technologies, recommending hardware and software solutions to LP management.
• Coordinate vendor demonstrations and assist in evaluating new products and technologies.
• Maintain accurate civil demand and restitution case files, partnering with vendors to administer civil demand programs.
• Review and audit individual case files to assess restitution viability, identify discrepancies, and recommend follow-up actions.
• Support the organization and analysis of operational and financial information, including invoicing, payments, budget tracking, and related reporting activities.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues, enhance processes, and ensure accurate execution of LP-related activities.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
• Proficient in Excel for organizing, validating, analyzing, and presenting data.
• Financial acumen regarding invoicing, payment processes, and budget tracking.
• Analytical mindset to identify trends and translate data into actionable insights.
• Proactive learner, quickly grasping new processes and business requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills to investigate issues and recommend solutions.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to build effective relationships.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process consistency.
• Experience with Coupa or similar invoice management systems is preferred.
