The Role

You’ll take ownership of your team’s success — creating an environment where people feel motivated, supported, and empowered to perform at their best.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of coordinators and warehouse colleagues (FTE & flex).
• Create a positive, safe and high-performing team culture.
• Drive performance through clear communication, coaching and feedback.
• Own daily operations and ensure work is delivered efficiently, safely and to the highest standards.
• Lead start-up meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes — and take action.
• Ensure work instructions and processes stay accurate, consistent and effective.
• Play an active role in people decisions — from hiring to performance and development.

Requirements

• Experience leading teams within logistics or a similar operational environment.
• A natural ability to motivate, engage and bring people with you.
• Strong communication skills (English required, Dutch is a plus).
• Confidence working with WMS and operational systems including automation.
• A proactive mindset — you spot improvements and act on them.
• The ability to quickly understand processes and make them better whilst navigating within a complex environment.
• Flexibility to work in a 2-shift pattern (06:00–15:00 / 15:00–00:00), including some Saturdays.
