In this role, you will be responsible for transporting essential items within the hospital, including cancer medications, sterile materials, and waste. You will work precisely and actively, using an ergonomic Segway to navigate the hospital efficiently. Your tasks will include transporting goods to and from various departments, including the nutrition service and sterilization department, while maintaining a flexible work schedule. Responsibilities:

• Transport goods to and from the nutrition service, sterilization department, warehouses, and other hospital departments, including instruments, packages, and meal carts.
• Dispose of used and consumable items such as linens, beds, and waste.
• Work flexible hours from Monday to Sunday between 5:45 AM and 8:30 PM, with 8-hour shifts.

Requirements:

• Completed education at least at MBO level 3.
• Good command of the Dutch language at a minimum of B1 level.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends, with fair distribution among colleagues.
• Eager to learn and participate in various internal training sessions, such as hazardous materials courses.

What We Offer:

• A one-year contract, transitioning to a permanent contract upon suitability.
• A gross monthly salary between €2,630 and €3,382 based on experience.
• 144 vacation hours and 57 PLB hours based on a 36-hour workweek, with options to purchase additional days.
