As a Logistics Customer Service Representative at our Dordrecht location, you will work in a dynamic team with a beautiful view of the Dordtse Kil, serving as the main point of contact for our customers and their carriers.

De rol:

In this role, you will:

Act as the primary contact for our customers and their carriers;
Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily operations, maintaining frequent contact with colleagues in the Warehouse;
Prepare transport and customs documents;
Generate invoices according to quotes;
Handle complaints and create reports;
Identify and propose solutions for bottlenecks.

Vereisten:

You possess at least an MBO level education, gained through training and/or work experience in a similar role;
You have experience in a similar position or in Customer Service within Logistics/Supply Chain;
Preferably, you have an affinity for warehouse processes;
You are enthusiastic, proactive, and decisive;
You have strong social and communication skills;
You are flexible and can function well both independently and as part of a team;
You maintain a broad perspective and are not easily discouraged;
You are willing to share your opinions;
You speak Dutch and English; German is a plus;
Last but not least, you bring joy, positivity, and humor to the workplace!
