In this position, you will serve as the vital link between our customers, suppliers, warehouse, and transport partners, ensuring logistics agreements are adhered to and that goods are delivered timely. Within our Oil & Gas department, you will support customers who cannot afford delays, making a well-organized process essential. You will maintain contact with various stakeholders, monitor shipment progress, and take action when issues arise. Your key tasks include:

• Processing and following up on customer orders and verifying logistics data in our system.
• Maintaining communication with customers, suppliers, and transport providers.
• Coordinating with the warehouse regarding inbound and outbound goods.
• Preparing and verifying transport documentation.
• Monitoring deliveries and keeping customers updated on shipment status.
• Resolving discrepancies, delays, or missing information.
