In the role of Location Coordinator Event Assistance, you will collaborate with fellow event responders and a team of coordinators to ensure effective first aid services in the Delft Midden-Delfland area. This includes city festivals, music events, and various sports activities. You will coordinate the planning and organization of these services, maintaining oversight and ensuring smooth operations. Wie ben jij?
You will dedicate approximately 5 to 8 hours per week to the Red Cross, particularly during our event season from May to September when hours may increase. In this position, it is essential that:
- You possess strong planning and organizational skills, making clear agreements and providing solutions. Key talents to develop include decision-making, communication, coaching, collaboration, and motivation.
- You can inspire and connect people.
- You hold a valid comprehensive first aid diploma or are willing to obtain one.
