Start as a loader – Learn the trade inside and out! You will go out with a driver. The driver has also been a loader, so they know the ins and outs of the job! You will learn all about safety, customer contact, and various collection systems. Meanwhile, you will observe the driver to prepare yourself for your future behind the wheel!

Persoonlijke begeleiding – We doen dit samen!

You will have regular discussions with your supervisor to see how you are doing. We will guide you and assess when you are ready for the next step.

Rijvaardigheidstest & opleiding – tijd om door te pakken!

If all goes well, you will follow a driving skills training. After that, you will start your driving training + Code 95 – and we pay for everything! From this moment on, you will receive a permanent contract.

Rijbewijs gehaald? Jij zit achter het stuur!

Until you have your truck driver's license, you will continue working as a loader. Once you have everything in hand, you will become the driver and can hit the road yourself! You will encourage and motivate your colleagues to do their best and develop themselves. With your commitment and perseverance, you will set a good example. You will immediately move up to scale D according to the CAO Beroepsgoederenvervoer (up to €3520.40).

Wat houdt de functie van belader in?

As a loader, you will go out with a driver and colleagues to collect various waste streams in residential areas. You will be responsible for emptying containers and waste bags and assisting the driver in maneuvering and turning the refuse collection vehicle. This is an active and varied position where you will be moving a lot and working outdoors.

• Guidance and coaching to become a top driver.

Drivers fall under the CAO Beroepsgoederenvervoer and are classified in scale D or E (up to €3,840.02) depending on experience and working with build-up systems.

Wie past bij ons?

• You are at least 18 years old – you work with large vehicles and build-up systems, where safety always comes first.
• You are physically fit and do not mind working outdoors.
• You are motivated and eager to learn.
• You possess a driving license B or are in the process of obtaining it.
• You live in the vicinity of Strijen. You speak Dutch (for safety and effective communication).
• You are available 40 hours a week.
