Met meer dan 180 binnen- en buitenzwembaden in de David Lloyd Clubs spelen onze badmeesters een cruciale rol bij het toezicht op de veiligheid bij het zwembad en staan ze klaar om ervoor te zorgen dat onze leden een geweldige ervaring hebben. Je zorgt ervoor dat de zwembaden voldoen aan alle gezondheids- en veiligheidseisen, voert zwembadtests uit in overeenstemming met de bedrijfsrichtlijnen en zorgt ervoor dat de documentatie te allen tijde nauwkeurig wordt bijgehouden. We creëren een omgeving waarin onze teams het gevoel hebben erbij te horen, een omgeving waarin ze kunnen gedijen, zowel fysiek als mentaal, terwijl ze hun volledige potentieel benutten.
