About the Company
Stranger Soccer simplifies playing football, making it as easy as going for a jog. Our mobile app allows players to browse games, book slots, and play at their convenience. Originating in Singapore, we are now present in over 10 cities globally, having organized more than 100,000 games. We are actively seeking license partners to help expand our reach.
The Role
You will be responsible for launching and managing Stranger Soccer operations in Rotterdam, which includes:
- Launching and expanding operations in the city.
- Securing and managing partnerships with local football venues.
- Recruiting, training, and overseeing game hosts and part-time staff.
- Driving player acquisition through innovative marketing and community engagement.
- Ensuring a high-quality and consistent game experience to retain players.
- Continuously improving and scaling operations.
You will receive support from our headquarters team in Singapore, which includes access to our technology platform (app, payments, automation), a proven operating model, and ongoing operational and marketing guidance.
