As the Lettuce Breeding Manager, you will lead our breeding programs in the Netherlands and internationally, guiding a team of around 60 colleagues. Join us in shaping the future of vegetables with a focus on innovative breeding techniques and personal development.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee the global strategic direction and processes of our breeding programs. Your responsibilities will include challenging, supporting, and coaching breeding teams to ensure the successful development of breeding programs and research projects, while defining clear breeding objectives.
