De functie
We are looking for a full-time Legal Secretary to support our litigation practice. You will work alongside another secretary to ensure the practice runs smoothly. A strong affinity for administration, agenda management, and experience with case management is highly desirable. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing calendars (including booking business trips);
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence;
- Processing and managing invoices;
- Setting up, maintaining, and archiving files;
- Modifying documents;
- Printing, scanning, and copying documents;
- Answering phone calls;
- Supporting business development/marketing activities;
- Communicating with clients.
