• Professional Bachelor's degree in Legal Practice, Paralegal Studies, Human Resources Management, Office Management, Business Management, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a corporate legal, HR, or Ethics & Compliance support role, in a professional services environment or law firm.
• Fluent in written and spoken Dutch and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint or OneDrive, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong ability to manage competing priorities across multiple business areas while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity.

• Professional working proficiency in French.
• Familiarity with tools such as DocuSign, Workday, SD Worx, or TrustArc.
• Experience supporting activities related to Belgian or Dutch employment and social legislation.
• Interest in understanding the animal health industry and commercial operations.

• Travel: Limited.
