The Role

We are looking for a Legal Advisor for Healthcare Fraud and Public Order and Safety (OOV) for the municipality of Uithoorn.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive advice on preventing healthcare fraud (e.g., in the context of Wmo tenders).
• Assess offers for risks of healthcare fraud in Wmo tenders.
• Represent the municipality in any legal proceedings during the Wmo tender process.
• Provide legal advice related to BIBOB investigations and/or nuisance.
• Advise and prepare administrative measures (such as area bans).
• Advise on the future role and positioning of the Legal Advisor for Healthcare Fraud and OOV.

Requirements

• Proven extensive knowledge and work experience with complex healthcare fraud cases.
• Experience in conducting BIBOB activities for municipalities.
• Experience in defending and representing municipalities in objection and appeal procedures.
• Proven extensive knowledge and work experience regarding administrative measures.
