We are seeking a proactive Learning Operations Specialist who will significantly influence the learning and development of our workforce. At Basic-Fit, you will serve as the operational backbone of our Learning & Talent team, ensuring the smooth operation of our LMS platforms and the timely execution of learning campaigns across five markets.

The Role

As a Learning Operations Specialist, you will oversee various operational aspects of our learning platforms, ensuring that our learning data is accurate and meaningful.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily administration of Workday Learning and Learning Tools across all five markets, including content uploads, course structures, and catalogue maintenance.
• Create and maintain dashboards and completion reports, ensuring data quality and compliance reporting is accurate and timely.
• Coordinate the rollout of learning campaigns from briefing to go-live, tracking performance and addressing engagement issues.
• Maintain SOPs and process documentation, support logistics for learning events, and assist in program design.
• Manage relationships with content vendors, handle license management, and coordinate with IT, Legal, and Procurement on integrations and renewals.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with LMS administration, specifically Workday Learning.
• Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
• Organized and process-oriented, thriving in a multi-market environment.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional European language (French, Dutch, Spanish, or German) is a strong advantage.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Articulate 360, Synthesia, or AI content creation tools.
• Background in GDPR-compliant HR/learning environments.
