• A higher professional education (hbo+) level of thinking and working.
• Experience in healthcare and a positive outlook on creating a supportive learning environment for students, interns, and career changers.
• The ability to further develop the role and openness to collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in project-based work and advising, preferably in training and development issues.
• Up-to-date knowledge of vocational training and ongoing developments in the field.

A meaningful and varied position that allows for personal initiative and professional development. You can also expect:

• A one-year contract for 32 to 36 hours per week with the prospect of a permanent position.
• A salary according to the VVT collective labor agreement, FWG 55 (€3,772 to €5,413 gross per month based on 36 hours).
