Learning & Capability Partner at Mediq

The Role

In this position, you will collaborate with various business units, primarily focusing on our operations in the Benelux region. You will work closely with business leaders, HR, operational teams, facilitators, and subject-matter experts to identify capability needs and develop scalable, practical, and impactful learning solutions.

Responsibilities

Transform business priorities and capability needs into effective learning strategies.
Design scalable learning solutions based on robust instructional design principles.
Lead learning initiatives from analysis through implementation and evaluation.
Advise stakeholders on learning design, authoring tools, platforms, and delivery methods.
Develop capability roadmaps aligning organizational priorities with practical development interventions.
Collaborate with business leaders, HR, operational teams, facilitators, and subject-matter experts.
Manage external learning providers to ensure quality and consistency in delivery.
Oversee learning budgets, tools, and external partnerships across Benelux and the organization.
Utilize learning data, evaluation outcomes, and stakeholder feedback for continuous improvement.
Support digital, blended, and workplace learning solutions tailored to diverse audiences and business needs.
Facilitate learning interventions as needed, adapting your approach to various groups and contexts.
Contribute to a robust learning culture by empowering teams and leaders to embrace continuous development.

Requirements

You are a seasoned learning professional with subject-matter expertise and strong stakeholder management skills. You understand adult learning principles and how to connect learning initiatives to business performance.

Advanced expertise in learning-needs analysis and instructional design.
Strong project management skills.
Ability to convert business priorities into clear capability roadmaps and scalable learning solutions.
Excellent consultative stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
Experience with digital, blended, and workplace learning methods.
Proficiency in learning technologies, platforms, and authoring tools.
Ability to define learning outcomes and translate evaluations into actionable insights.
Experience in delivering complex learning programs across functions and regions.
Experience managing external learning providers and multidisciplinary stakeholder groups.
Practical facilitation experience with adaptability to different audiences.
A passion for continuous learning, innovation, and measurable organizational impact.
Professional working proficiency in both Dutch and English at B2 level or higher.

A gross monthly salary between €6,000 and €7,200, based on your knowledge and experience.
