De Rol

As a Lead QC Analyst, you will combine analytical testing with the coordination of Quality Control activities. Collaborating with Manufacturing, Quality, and Compliance teams, you will oversee daily QC operations, prioritize tasks, and ensure alignment with internal stakeholders.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Perform analytical testing, including HPLC, pH measurements, Size Exclusion Chromatography (SEC), bioburden testing, and Particle Distribution Analysis (PDA).
• Conduct, interpret, and report NMR analyses.
• Maintain and calibrate HPLC equipment and other laboratory instruments.
• Ensure a clean and organized laboratory environment.
• Inspect and verify labels and incoming goods against specifications.
• Document, review, and report test results per approved procedures.
• Coordinate daily QC activities and align priorities within the team.
• Conduct review meetings to discuss progress and follow-up actions.
• Monitor KPIs and relevant metrics for performance assessment.
• Identify and implement improvements in laboratory processes.
• Support team members with technical or operational questions.

Vereisten

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline.
• 2-3 years of experience in Quality or Quality Control.
• Experience in coordinating QC activities or supporting laboratory teams.
• Familiarity with NMR, preferably involving polymers, and HPLC.
• Experience in conducting review meetings and monitoring performance metrics.
• Ability to coordinate with stakeholders from different departments.
• Preferred experience in a pharmaceutical environment and knowledge of GxP.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evening shifts.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
