Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products across health, education, and entertainment. We are looking for a Lead Performance Marketing professional to spearhead our paid social advertising initiatives across the Ruby Labs portfolio.

The Role

This senior player-coach position involves owning social ads execution across various brands and platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit, Quora, LinkedIn, and X. You will train acquisition managers, set account standards, enhance performance, and maintain account health across a multi-brand setup. Your responsibilities will include scaling spend profitably and evaluating new social ad platforms as they emerge.

Responsibilities

• Scale profitable spend across multiple brands, geographies, languages, and funnels.
• Manage CPA, ROAS, and payback against real revenue data.
• Conduct regular account audits to identify gaps and missed opportunities.
• Ensure brands fully utilize relevant social platforms and recommend testing new channels.
• Collaborate with Managing Directors and UA Managers to translate brand targets into execution.
• Coach and develop acquisition managers in paid social platforms.
• Define standards for account structure, naming, bidding, testing, and reporting.
• Own social platform policy and compliance across all brands.
• Maintain the social acquisition knowledge base inside Claude, including workflows and playbooks.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on paid social experience.
• Proven experience in coaching and leading acquisition teams.
• Direct ownership of large paid social budgets, ideally $5M+ per month.
• Strong experience with Meta Ads, Snapchat Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Deep understanding of subscription economics and social platform policies.

• Experience managing enterprise-level advertising budgets.
• Familiarity with evaluating or onboarding new ad platforms.
• Experience building AI-assisted workflows for marketing operations.
