We are looking for a seasoned Lead Network & Communication Architect with extensive expertise in industrial networking, SCADA communication systems, and IT/OT interoperability. This position is crucial for defining the communication and network architecture principles that support multiple transformation workstreams across operational and enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Define network and communication architecture principles that support all transformation workstreams.
• Establish secure interoperability models between Operational Technology (OT) and Enterprise IT environments.
• Design communication architecture for SCADA systems, operational support platforms, and sensor data integration.
• Develop network segmentation, connectivity, and infrastructure principles in line with cybersecurity standards.
• Support architecture governance, integration workshops, and Project Start Architecture (PSA) development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and security frameworks.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in industrial networking, communication architecture, or related fields.
• Proven experience leading architecture initiatives in complex OT/IT environments.
• Strong skills in Industrial Network Architecture, SCADA Communication Networks, IT/OT Networking, and Industrial Protocols (e.g., Modbus, DNP3, OPC-UA).
• Knowledge of network segmentation and security, along with enterprise integration capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
