WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

Nike Digital Merchandising is integrated within the broader Nike Merchandising Function. Our mission is to win with consumers by anchoring our assortment strategies into the Sport Offense, collaborating with teams across Merchandising, Planning, Digital Experience, and Marketing.

This role reports to the Director of Running Nike Direct Merchandising and is part of the Digital Performance merchandising team, specifically within the Nike Digital ACG crew, with a dotted line to the Sport Business Director for ACG.

Your clear communication skills enable you to build strong cross-functional relationships and confidently present ideas and strategies to various stakeholders. Requirements

• Experience in buying, merchandising, digital merchandising, or a related commercial role at a strategic level.
• A passion for running, outdoor culture, sport, product, and digital consumer experiences.
• Ability to build seasonal assortment strategies from insight to execution, using data and consumer understanding to guide decisions.
• Strong commercial judgment and influencing skills, with confidence in navigating a complex, fast-paced business environment.
• Clear communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing and partnering across functions.
• Proficiency with merchandising visualization tools, databases, analytical dashboards, and Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• A commitment to executional excellence.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

In this role, you will build and manage seasonal assortments for Running Footwear and ACG Footwear/Apparel within Nike Digital. You will contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, sharing knowledge and providing guidance to teammates.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building highly curated seasonal assortments from strategy and capacity planning through execution, ensuring a strong connection to consumer needs.
• Driving the seasonal process and engaging key stakeholders along the way.
• Partnering with merchandising counterparts and cross-functional teams to realize the Sport X Nike Direct strategy across Nike Digital.
• Managing pre-season, in-season, and future-season business needs through clear assortment strategies aligned with business priorities, utilizing trade levers, retail data, and consumer insights to optimize results.
