As a Lead Installation Technician, you will play a crucial role in diverse utility projects, from constructing distribution centers to adapting showrooms and working on cleanrooms. You will actively participate in projects while mentoring and guiding your team.

In this role, you will be involved in various utility projects, such as the construction of distribution centers, modifications in showrooms, or working on new cleanrooms. You will not only contribute hands-on but also share your expertise with learning colleagues and lead your team during projects.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

Executing installation tasks
Leading the team
Attending training sessions
Mentoring learners
Participating in team and project meetings

You will tackle projects such as creating high-tech climate installations in cleanrooms, modifying air handling systems in schools, or installing and commissioning new heat pump systems in office locations.

Requirements

Experience in installation technology
Experience in utilities or a desire to grow in this area
Completed MBO level 4 education in mechanical engineering or installation technology
