The Role

We are excited to announce we are hiring part-time (Monday - Thursday) Lead Tech EHS in Amersfoort for a 6-month contract. The Lead Tech EHS ensures regulatory and J&J EHS standard compliance across offices and warehouses through training, inspections, technical support, and CAPA management. You will lead the local delivery of the annual Tactical Plan and monitor EHS KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop the local strategy to contribute to the implementation of J&J Global and EMEA EHS strategy, including the annual EHS Tactical Plan.
• Achieve and monitor EHS KPIs and manage/close corrective actions.
• Maintain EHS Management system to prevent incidents and fulfill legislative requirements, J&J EHS standards, and other stakeholder requirements.
• Support site in developing and implementing their EHS objectives through auditing, analyzing, documenting, and reporting.
• Supervise and evaluate EHS program compliance across the offices and deliver.
• Perform EHS inspections and follow up on CAPAs.
• Provide EHS training and foster an EHS culture.
• Provide professional consultation from an EHS perspective and facilitate Integrated Ownership of Safety Systems (IOSS).
• Fulfill EHS roles and responsibilities in key risk areas like fire prevention, contractor management, and emergency management.
• Communicate EHS expectations and performance with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other functions at a Campus level as needed.
• Partner with local management to develop and implement a site MAP to address EHS program deficiencies and ensure compliance.
• Manage BCP in coordination with Local OpCos.
• Lead the Safe Fleet committee and program management.

What We Offer

The anticipated base pay range for this position is €44,700.00 - €70,840.00. In addition to base pay, we offer benefits including an annual bonus, vacation days, parental leave, bereavement leave, caregiver leave, volunteer leave, well-being reimbursement, and various insurance plans.
