Als Lead Developer maak je impact in de ambulancezorg door innovatieve software te ontwikkelen die zorgprofessionals ondersteunt. Je werkt met technologieën zoals AI en speech to text om realtime informatie beschikbaar te maken voor de zorg.

In de ambulancezorg telt iedere seconde. Daarom ontwikkelen we bij Topicus Zorg software die zorgprofessionals direct toegang geeft tot de juiste informatie op het juiste moment. In het team Ambulancezorg werk je aan het Ambulance Patiëntendossier (EPD), een viewer voor aankomende ritten voor de spoedeisende hulp en oplossingen voor zorgevaluatie. Deze software wordt dagelijks gebruikt in bijna de helft van alle Nederlandse ambulances en door ziekenhuizen door heel Nederland.

De Rol

Als Lead Developer ben jij de technische kartrekker binnen een multidisciplinair team van 6 developers, 2 analisten, een product owner, een klantsuccesmanager en een teamlead. Je hebt de mogelijkheid om technische keuzes te maken en ideeën werkelijkheid te laten worden.

Verantwoordelijkheden

Ontwikkelen van software voor de Nederlandse spoedzorg.
Implementeren van innovatieve toepassingen met AI, speech to text en LLM's.
Versterken van de technische koers en kwaliteit van het team.
