The Role

Lead Instructors are crucial to the success of Correlation One’s training initiatives. You will deliver training to learners in various programs, collaborating with operations personnel to ensure exceptional learning outcomes. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct larger format lectures, engaging anywhere from 20 to 2,000 learners live, depending on the program.

This is a part-time, contract position. We are actively recruiting instructors ahead of a program set to launch in Q3 2026, with specific dates and times to be determined.

Responsibilities

• Complete required administrative instructor training prior to program launch.
• Conduct virtual classes using Zoom and other online learning platforms.
• Lead instruction in a “virtual classroom” format for large groups of learners.
• Teach Cybersecurity content provided by Correlation One.
• Prepare for all assigned live sessions and provide curricular input and feedback.
• Offer additional expertise and resources from the Cybersecurity community.
• Optionally create casework and curriculum for additional compensation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in the Cybersecurity field with relevant degree or credentials.
• Previous teaching experience, ideally in a remote setting, or hands-on training experience for junior to mid-level cybersecurity talent.
• Passionate educator with a strong commitment to teaching.
• Degree in a technical field and/or industry experience in a technical role; post-graduate and research experience is a plus.
• Proficient in using the Unix terminal, particularly with cybersecurity applications.
• Strong team and people management skills.
• Familiarity with Networking, Kali Linux, Endpoint security, and CompTIA Security+ Certification training.
• Industry-recognized cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CySA+, CEH, CISSP) are preferred.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
