We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst to support our global B2B organization undergoing significant eCommerce transformation and legacy modernization in West-Vlaanderen, Belgium. This role offers a hybrid working model, allowing for flexibility in your work environment. In this position, you will lead production support and enhancement initiatives, utilizing EPAM's expertise and reusable assets to deliver impactful solutions for our established clients.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Co-lead and develop a team of functional/business analysts, setting direction, priorities, and quality standards for the team's work.
- Build, own, and continuously improve business analysis processes and ways of working across the organization.
- Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, customers, and engineering/delivery teams.
- Facilitate discussions, align conflicting viewpoints, and drive decisions with senior stakeholders.
- Own customer communication to ensure business needs are correctly understood and represented.
- Conduct business analysis in the sales and marketing domain, leveraging your eCommerce background.
- Document business processes, gather and define requirements.
- Perform problem definition and root-cause analysis.
- Identify improvement opportunities, propose them, and drive them through to completion.
