We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst to be part of a global B2B organization that is currently transforming its eCommerce and modernizing legacy systems in West-Vlaanderen, Belgium. This role offers a hybrid working model. You will play a crucial role in driving production support and enhancement initiatives, utilizing EPAM's expertise and reusable assets to deliver impactful solutions for our established client.

- Co-lead and develop a team of functional/business analysts, setting direction, priorities, and quality standards for the team's work.
- Build, own, and continuously improve business analysis processes and ways of working across the organization.
- Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, customers, and engineering/delivery teams.
- Facilitate discussions, align conflicting viewpoints, and drive decisions with senior stakeholders.
- Own customer communication and ensure business needs are accurately understood and represented.
- Conduct business analysis in the sales and marketing domain with a focus on eCommerce.
- Document business processes, gather, and define requirements.
- Perform problem definition and root-cause analysis.
- Identify improvement opportunities, propose them, and drive them through to completion.
