Over ons

At our Grootegast location, around 90 colleagues ensure the accurate processing of customer orders. We are the center of expertise for high-barrier laminates within the SÜDPACK Group, supplying to A-brand companies in the food and beverage, confectionery, healthcare, pet food, industrial, and agricultural sectors. Our workplace culture is strong, with many employees having over 25 years of service, reflecting their passion for our products.

Our Grootegast facility includes departments such as printing, laminating, and sealing/cutting, along with supporting departments like logistics, quality, technical service, production planning, customer service, administration, and HR & IT.

Jouw taken

• Operate laminating machines independently and as part of a team.
• Prevent and adjust production deviations.
• Perform supportive tasks in the production process.
• Conduct first-line maintenance.

Jouw profiel

• MBO-3 level, preferably in a technical field.
• Technical insight and/or affinity (a must).
• Willingness to work in a 2- or 3-shift system.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ons aanbod

• Travel reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometer, for up to 100 km per day.
• One-year contract with the possibility of a permanent position.
• Shift schedule: 2-shift: 5 morning shifts and 4 afternoon shifts; 3-shift: 5 morning shifts, 4.5 afternoon shifts, and 4 night shifts.
