About This Opportunity We're collaborating with a prominent foundational AI lab to find skilled Learning and Development specialists to assist in training their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. ## The Role You will be responsible for designing, evaluating, and refining AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across essential workflows, including new-hire onboarding playbooks, training facilitator guides, learning curriculum outlines, course completion and engagement tracking spreadsheets, manager enablement decks, and skills assessment rubrics. ## Compensation $70/hour ## Commitment Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired) ## Location Fully remote, work on your own schedule ## Start Date ASAP ## Qualifications - 4+ years of experience in designing corporate training, onboarding, or learning and development programs with direct ownership of facilitator guides and curriculum outlines - Proficient in creating engagement tracking spreadsheets and skills assessment rubrics that withstand scrutiny from L&D and people operations - Exceptional document, spreadsheet, and slide creation skills, with strong written communication and attention to detail. ## About Ethos Ethos is an innovative expert network established by a team from McKinsey, SoftBank, and DeepMind, supported by top-tier investors like General Catalyst.
