In de rol van Klinisch Psycholoog ben je betrokken bij de diagnostiek, behandeling en begeleiding van patiënten met ernstige psychiatrische aandoeningen. Je werkt nauw samen met andere disciplines binnen het multidisciplinaire behandelteam. Als regiebehandelaar voer je relevante taken uit en stel je samen met de cliënt en medebehandelaars de behandellijn vast.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Verantwoordelijk voor diagnostiek en gespecialiseerde behandeling van patiënten die vastlopen in hun herstelproces.
  • Actieve bijdrage aan methodiek- en beleidsontwikkeling ter verbetering van de zorgkwaliteit.
  • Vergroten van deskundigheid binnen de organisatie door werkbegeleiding, supervisie en coaching van het team in de herstelondersteunende ART-methodiek.
  • Deelname aan kennisbijeenkomsten, referaten en andere opleidingsactiviteiten.
  • Bijdragen aan beleidsontwikkeling, implementatie van innovaties en deelname aan wetenschappelijk onderzoek.
