- Achterhalen en analyseren van de reden van opzegging en hier commercieel op inspelen.
- Klanten overtuigen om door te spelen en betrokken te blijven.
- Professioneel omgaan met afwijzingen en meerdere ‘nee’s achter elkaar.
- Werken volgens strikte compliance-richtlijnen, met volledige registratie van gesprekken.
- Combinatie van empathie, klantgerichtheid en sterke salesvaardigheden.
