In this role, you will be based within the Education, Research & Information Management (ER&IM) service, primarily operating within the academies. Your expertise with existing educational applications at BUas, such as Brightspace, FeedbackFruits, and Turnitin, will allow you to provide practical support both digitally and through discussions. You will actively contribute to the configuration of applications and advise on which existing functionalities best meet educational needs. Additionally, you will organize and conduct training sessions and workshops to guide colleagues in using these educational applications.
