Wat ga je doen? Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor een eigen klantenportefeuille en bouwt duurzame klantrelaties op. Je adviseert klanten over orders, leveringen en afspraken en denkt actief mee over passende oplossingen. Je onderhoudt contact met klanten, distributeurs, het Franse netwerk en interne afdelingen en zorgt voor een soepele samenwerking tussen alle partijen. Je verwerkt inkomende orders en klantvragen via telefoon en e-mail en zorgt voor een snelle en correcte afhandeling. Je bewaakt gemaakte afspraken en zorgt voor een nauwkeurige registratie van klantgegevens, orders en afwijkingen. Je stelt rapportages op en houdt relevante informatie overzichtelijk en actueel. Je signaleert knelpunten en handelt klachten, problemen en escalaties professioneel af. Je denkt actief mee over het verbeteren van processen en draagt bij aan een optimale klantbeleving. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's en neemt deel aan periodieke teamoverleggen.
