Join our dynamic team as a Key Account Manager, where you'll build and manage international client relationships while advising on employment and payroll solutions. Be part of our ambitious growth as we establish our new boutique office in Hilversum.

What you will do: Build and manage international client relationships, identify new commercial opportunities, and advise clients on international employment and payroll solutions. Collaborate closely with our teams across Europe and Asia, develop your own portfolio of clients, and follow up on hot leads. Play a key role in establishing our new Hilversum boutique office from the ground up.

Requirements:

Experience in international HR, EOR, and/or sales is required, along with a Bachelor+ level education.

Who are we looking for?

You are commercially driven, relationship-focused, and comfortable working with international clients. Experience in International HR, Payroll, EOR, Staffing, or Global Mobility is a strong advantage. You know how to turn a conversation into an opportunity and an opportunity into a long-term client relationship.
