Je verwelkomt klanten met onze signature thee, helpt hen hun favoriete producten te vinden en verrast ze met iets dat ze niet wisten dat ze nodig hadden. Je bent scherp op sales targets en daagt jezelf uit om kleine successen te behalen, zoals het perfectioneren van je productkennis of het werven van nieuwe members. Daarnaast zorg je voor de retail-basics zoals kassawerkzaamheden en het verwerken van leveringen, zodat de winkel er altijd tiptop uitziet. Als merkambassadeur zorg je ervoor dat Rituals er op zijn best uitziet, van aantrekkelijke displays tot je eigen verzorgde uitstraling. Elk detail telt bij een luxemerk zoals het onze.
