Als kassamedewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het scannen van de boodschappen van onze klanten en het afrekenen. Maar je rol gaat verder dan dat! We moedigen je aan om een gezellig praatje te maken met klanten, bijvoorbeeld over het weer of hun avondeten. Je helpt de klant snel en efficiënt, en neemt zelf initiatief wanneer nodig, zoals het vragen van een collega om een extra kassa te openen als de rij te lang wordt.
