We're on the lookout for a highly organized Junior Studio Manager to join our dynamic advertising agency in Amsterdam. This position provides a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience in studio operations and project coordination while working closely with the Studio Manager and Finance team.

De Rol

In this role, you will assist the Studio Manager with daily operations of the creative production studio, coordinate resource bookings, and manage studio schedules. You'll prepare and update project time and cost estimates, monitor workflows, and ensure that deadlines are met. Your support will facilitate communication between creative teams, production, account management, and other departments.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Assist the Studio Manager in the daily management of the creative production studio.
• Coordinate resource bookings and manage studio schedules.
• Prepare and update project time and cost estimates.
• Monitor project workflows and follow up with internal teams to keep projects on track.
• Support communication between creative teams, production, and account management.
• Identify scheduling conflicts and assist in finding practical solutions.
• Maintain accurate project and resource documentation.
• Assist with basic finance administration.
• Liaise with the Finance team for accurate and timely administration.

• Interest in building a career in the creative, design, or advertising industry.
• Fluent in both English and Dutch (spoken and written).

Nice to Have

• Understanding of how a creative, production, or advertising agency operates.
• Previous internship or administrative experience in a creative environment.
• Familiarity with project management or resource planning tools, as well as MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
