We're seeking a Junior Trader to join the commercial trade team at Europa Recruitment, representing a well-established international company in commodity trading. This role focuses on French-speaking markets and is based in our office near Eindhoven.

About the Role

As a Junior Trader, you will be responsible for developing new business and maintaining relationships with existing customers and suppliers. Your goal is to identify opportunities that others may overlook, create profitable business ventures, and close successful international deals. What You'll Do

Maintain and develop existing customer and supplier relationships.
Identify and create new business opportunities in your assigned markets.
Monitor market and product developments, reporting to the Managing Director and Commercial Director.
Collaborate with Senior Traders and Traders to execute the commercial strategy.
Draft purchase and sales contracts with appropriate Incoterms and payment terms.
Visit customers and suppliers in your markets and attend international trade fairs.
Set ambitious annual goals for your markets, customers, and suppliers.
