In your role as Junior Site Manager at RECO, you will no longer be working full-time with assembly materials in hand, but you will be right in the midst of the action. As a Site Manager for Construction Setup, you will combine your technical knowledge with organization and management. You will ensure that technicians can perform their work effectively, materials are available on time, and the construction site remains safe and organized.
Responsibilities:
- Directing and guiding technicians on the construction site;
- Preparing and coordinating tasks on location;
- Monitoring planning, progress, and equipment deployment;
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients and contractors;
- Ensuring safety (VCA), quality, and correct execution;
- Contributing to solutions for changes or bottlenecks;
- Reporting progress to project management.
