Wil je meebouwen aan slimmer werken in de ggz? Spraakgestuurd rapporteren (SGR) kan behandelaren helpen minder tijd kwijt te zijn aan verslaglegging. Bij GGZ NHN onderzoeken we wat SGR oplevert. Als junior onderzoeker werk je mee aan het IMPULSE-onderzoek. Deze vacature is voor 8 tot 12 uur per week, voor de duur van één jaar.
Waar ga je werken?
Je komt te werken bij de afdeling Onderzoek & Zorgevaluatie van GGZ NHN in Heerhugowaard. Ons team doet praktijkgericht onderzoek dat direct bijdraagt aan betere en efficiëntere zorg. Spraakgestuurd rapporteren staat daarbij hoog op de agenda.
GGZ NHN bevindt zich in een startfase waarin we uitzoeken of en hoe SGR opgeschaald kan worden. Dit doen we met de tool Juvoly. Parallel loopt het IMPULSE-onderzoek: een gesubsidieerd ZonMw-project naar de impact van SGR op verslagleggingstijd, werkdruk, gebruikerservaring en de kwaliteit van het behandelcontact. Het onderzoek voeren we uit samen met twee andere ggz-instellingen en met partners uit de huisartsenzorg en het sociaal domein. Je werkt dus mee aan onderzoek dat verder reikt dan één instelling.
