The Opportunity: We are seeking a Junior Poker Operations Specialist to join our Poker Room Management team, assisting with the daily operations of CoinPoker. In this role, you will engage with tournaments, cash games, promotions, CRM, QA, and back-office systems, gaining insights into the workings of an online poker room while gradually assuming recurring operational tasks.

This is a hands-on position where precision and timing are essential. You will assist in configuring and deploying poker content, support promotional activities, conduct testing before and after releases, and adapt to shifting operational priorities. No prior experience in poker operations is necessary; we value a strong understanding of poker, keen attention to detail, and a quick learning ability.

Our goal is to cultivate you into a versatile Poker Operations Specialist who can operate independently across various facets of the poker room.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup and deployment of tournaments, satellites, cash games, and series.
• Support promotional activities, including missions, Splash, leaderboards, tickets, and CRM campaigns.
• Ensure back-office and in-client configurations are accurate and timely.
• Conduct QA, release validation, and post-deployment checks.
• Learn and assist with tournament configurations, including structures, payouts, guarantees, templates, and satellites.
• Address operational requests and investigate or escalate issues as needed.
• Build a working knowledge of PRM tools and processes, providing coverage across multiple operational areas.
• Support new poker features, formats, and promotional mechanics as they are introduced.
• Maintain clear and current operational documentation when processes change.
• Utilize AI and other tools effectively to enhance the speed, accuracy, and quality of operational tasks.
• Adapt flexibly to changing priorities and provide support where the team requires it most.

• Strong understanding of online poker, including cash games and tournaments.
• Genuine interest in poker and the operations of an online poker room.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Nice to Have Experience:

• Previous experience in online poker, gaming, technology, or a live operational environment.
• Familiarity with operational or back-office systems.
• Understanding of poker concepts such as rake, liquidity, satellites, tournament structures, and player segmentation.
• Experience supporting CRM, promotions, leaderboards, or reward systems.
• Background in QA or testing digital products.
• Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience using AI tools in regular workflows.
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency or crypto-based gaming platforms.
