TildaVPS is looking for a Junior Organic Growth Manager to help customers discover our services through effective search results and well-organized content. This role is part of the Marketing Department and involves collaboration with other staff members across departments. You will plan tasks, oversee delivery, and ensure that outcomes are tracked.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage keyword lists related to cloud hosting, servers, and support topics.
• Identify content opportunities by analyzing search data, customer inquiries, and product gaps.
• Enhance content items by improving titles, headings, internal links, and metadata.
• Assess technical SEO issues and provide clear solutions to the relevant staff member.
• Present organic traffic, rankings, and conversion metrics in a concise weekly update.
• Organize the workflow, assign responsibilities, and communicate results to leadership.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of search intent, keyword research, and on-page SEO.
• Ability to articulate SEO challenges in straightforward language.
• Proficiency with SEO tools, analytics platforms, and spreadsheets.
• Attention to detail regarding technical aspects, content quality, and measurable outcomes.

Nice to Have:

• Interest in cloud hosting, servers, Linux, or web infrastructure.
• Experience in planning tasks, coordinating staff, and utilizing metrics.
• Familiarity with SEO tools, technical audits, and content performance reporting.
