For our location in Zwolle, we are seeking a:
(Junior) Operator Post-Processing (m/f)
36 hours per week in a 2-shift system

Do you want to work with modern machines, create beautiful products, and learn a technical trade step by step? Then this position as an Operator in Post-Processing is for you. Experience in the graphic sector is a plus but not required.

The Role:

You will operate and monitor machines for the finishing of print and graphic work. Your responsibilities include:

• Operating and controlling machines for finishing print jobs.
• Properly setting up machines and monitoring the production process.
• Checking the quality of the final product.
• Identifying deviations or malfunctions.
• Collaborating with colleagues to complete assignments neatly and on time.

No experience yet? No problem. You will receive thorough training and learn the trade from experienced colleagues. Gradually, you will become familiar with the machines, materials, and quality controls. If you already have experience in the graphic sector, you are also very welcome. We are eager to see how your knowledge and experience align with this role and our team.

Requirements:

This role is suitable for you if:

• You work accurately, have an eye for quality, and enjoy working with machines.
• You are practically oriented, technically interested, and willing to work in shifts.
• You can maintain an overview when multiple assignments are running simultaneously and enjoy collaborating with colleagues.
