Over de functie: Als Junior IT Technician bij Bagira Systems speel je een cruciale rol in het waarborgen van de technische integriteit en gereedheid van onze simulatoren voor trainingsdoeleinden binnen de Koninklijke Landmacht. Jouw expertise zorgt ervoor dat onze simulatoren en systemen, zowel hardware (HW) als software (SW), altijd optimaal functioneren op legerbases in centraal Nederland.
Verantwoordelijkheden:
- Proactieve ondersteuning en troubleshooting bieden bij klantlocaties volgens SLA-afspraken.
- Tier 1 helpdeskondersteuning bieden voor directe gebruikershulp.
- Preventief onderhoud uitvoeren op legerbases om de betrouwbaarheid van de simulatoren te waarborgen.
- Technische ondersteuning bieden bij de uitvoering van trainingsoefeningen met Bagira-simulatoren.
