Wat je gaat doen
- Eerste Lijn Ondersteuning: Fungeren als de primaire contactpersoon voor kantoor- en winkelfuncties, het oplossen van problemen met laptops, monitors, Wi-Fi, printers, vergaderopstellingen en retail POS-apparaten (iPads en PIN-terminals).
- Toegang & Onboarding: Voorbereiden en uitrollen van apparaten voor nieuwe medewerkers, afhandelen van offboarding en beheren van gebruikersaccess binnen Google Workspace en essentiële operationele tools volgens beveiligingsrichtlijnen.
- Eigenaarschap & Documentatie: Zorgen voor nauwkeurigheid van tickets in Linear, duidelijke handleidingen schrijven in Notion en terugkerende problemen identificeren om praktische verbeteringen of kleine automatiseringen aan te bevelen.
- Winkelopeningen & Groei: Assisteren van de IT Support en Hoofd Digitale Operaties met hardware-installatie en IT-voorbereidingen voor nieuwe winkelopeningen in Europa.
