Over de vacature Ter vervanging van een collega die met zwangerschapsverlof gaat, zijn we op zoek naar een Junior HR Adviseur (fulltime). In deze veelzijdige rol krijg je de kans om gedurende ongeveer zes maanden bij te dragen aan alle facetten van HR. Of je nu net bent afgestudeerd of al enige ervaring hebt, we komen graag met je in contact.

De Rol

Als HR Adviseur ben je het aanspreekpunt voor teamleads en collega's en zorg je ervoor dat HR-processen soepel verlopen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van het HR-beleid en speelt een actieve rol in de ontwikkeling van medewerkers.

Verantwoordelijkheden

Verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse toepassing van het HR-beleid en het ontwikkelen van policies bij nieuwe wetgeving.
Organiseren en registreren van trainingen en opleidingen voor medewerkers.
Opstellen van HR-rapportages en bijdragen aan de digitalisering van HR-data.
Casemanager voor (langdurig) verzuim en contact onderhouden met de Arbodienst.
Organiseren en bewaken van de HR-cyclus binnen het kantoor.
Medeverantwoordelijk voor het recruitmentproces en de Employee Value Proposition.
Uitvoeren van het onboardingsprogramma voor nieuwe collega's.
Zorg dragen voor het welzijn van alle collega's en fungeren als adviseur voor management.
Samen met het HR-team werken aan verschillende projecten ter ontwikkeling van het HR-beleid.
