You will join our Equipment division located in Dordrecht, Deventer, and Gorredijk, responsible for the construction equipment for nearly all Van Wijnen projects nationwide. This involves complex logistics to ensure the right equipment is available for our colleagues to start building. Does this sound like a challenge you would enjoy?

As a Junior Equipment Inspector, you will ensure that our colleagues can work safely on construction sites. Your tasks will include inspecting, maintaining, and repairing tools and equipment. In your first months, you will receive intensive training from experienced colleagues to gain the necessary knowledge and certifications. After about six months, you will work independently across the Netherlands, visiting various projects where no two days are the same. Your work directly contributes to the safety and quality of our construction sites.

Your responsibilities include:

• Performing and documenting inspections of tools and equipment on construction sites.
• Maintaining and repairing various electrical and mechanical tools.
• Identifying and resolving minor faults and damages.
• Advising colleagues on the safe use of equipment.
• Independently visiting different construction sites, workplaces, and factories throughout the Netherlands.
• Obtaining necessary inspection certificates and vocational training.

By the end of the day, you will know that your work enables your colleagues to work safely.
