De Rol
Als Junior E-Learning Developer werk je mee aan het ontwikkelen en verbeteren van de Boltrics Academy. Je leert hoe je complexe kennis vertaalt naar leercontent die begrijpelijk, praktisch en direct toepasbaar is. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar de inhoud, maar denk je ook mee over hoe je informatie op een slimme en aantrekkelijke manier overbrengt.
Je hoeft nog niet alles te weten of te kunnen. Met begeleiding van ervaren collega's krijg je de ruimte om te leren, initiatief te nemen en zelfstandig aan leeroplossingen te werken.
